Environmental Affairs/Laundry Environmental Stewardship Program
UTSA is at the forefront of the industry’s efforts in protecting the environment. Staff communicates regularly with federal and state regulators on the formulation of rules and regulations, as well as provides review, analysis, and consultation to members.

Work with Congress, government agencies, and other trade organizations to encourage policies, laws, and regulations that foster a positive business climate for the industry. Through the GrassRoots Network, we help you achieve maximum impact, even in your state legislatures. UTSA staff develops and maintains industry statistics and prepares position papers on important issues.

Membership
Laundry membership in UTSA is on a company basis; dues are based on the industrial laundry revenues of the company. Suppliers to the industry become affiliated with UTSA with at least a six-time advertisement annual contract for Industrial Launderer magazine, paying no dues.
