Delivering Satisfaction: are your RSPs happy?
The Customer Service Committee Survey amassed results from 57 different companies. Rather then revealing easy answers, the survey responses highlighted issues to consider when planning for increased future profitability. Training and motivation approaches that “punch the right buttons” for the RSP, for instance, are viewed as essential to the success of an add-on sales program.
